Deborah ReidySince 1979, leadership has been Deborah Reidy's passion.  At the age of 24, she was recruited to establish an agency serving people with severe disabilities and she’s been in numerous leadership roles ever since.  Along the way, she became committed to developing other leaders through coaching, workshops, strategy design, and writing. She holds a MEd in Adult Education and a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership.

Her workshops are designed to ensure learning that lasts. With a Professional Certified Coach designation, she’s coached hundreds of leaders in industry, government and nonprofits. Longstanding board chair of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), she’s played significant leadership roles in that organization.  In 2012, she published a book on leadership entitled Why Not Lead?, and she regularly blogs on leadership topics.

Margaret Echols

Margaret Echols, Master Certified Coach, Certified Somatic Coach

Margaret has been assisting individuals, groups and organizations in taking steps toward transformation for nearly twenty years. She helps leaders find effective solutions and take skillful action to address complex issues facing organizations today. Margaret was a senior manager within Executive Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained extensive experience as a strategy and organization development consultant working with major firms. Her work is described in Daniel Goleman’s book, Working With Emotional Intelligence. Margaret is a faculty member in the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University.

Lloyd RainesLloyd Raines is a seasoned executive coach (MCC, International Coach Federation) specializing in agile servant leadership. With over 30 years of experience as a university level faculty and entrepreneur, he has created a uniquely holistic methodology that taps the breadth and depth of leaders’ impact. He loves the riddles that each leader faces in their workplace and in their own world. Lloyd was Director and lead faculty of an undergraduate honors program at AU, a founding faculty member of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program and Institute for Transformational Leadership. He was spiritually mentored for 18 years by his venerable chocolate lab.

MIchele RodenMichele Roden, a Master Certified Coach, coaches individual executives, leaders and teams. Clients say she creates safe space for challenging conversations- particularly with teams who have to work together well. Michele’s advanced certification in Organization & Relationship Systems is enhanced by other certifications in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, Team Culture Survey and Team Diagnostic Assessments. Healthcare transformation is a true passion, though her clients come from many industries- public, private and non-profit. Stephanie WintersFacilitator Stephanie Winters is a crossover cellist who has performed more than 1500 concerts on three continents.  Inspired and intrigued by the transformative power of live music, she began to explore how people can transform their work and day-to-day lives. Stephanie now brings her music into the leadership training field to leverage change and learning for participants.  With voice and cello, Stephanie's self-accompanied poems and monologues enhance participants' capacity to reflect, aspire and draw connections to shared values and ideals.  

She has presented programs for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, United Nations Development Programme, World Bank Group, International Finance Corporation, Rutgers University, UK Peak Performance Sports Conference and others.  Stephanie holds an M.A. from Columbia University.
